The Civil Department is a division within the Clerk of Courts Office that provides a wide range of courts record keeping, information, financial management, Appeal and Jury duties. The objective of the Civil Department is to assist the public, attorneys and the courts with the constitutional and statutory functions and duties that are our responsibility.
